WHEN: July 12-August 2, 2021. Zoom sessions 2-3 pm (MT) July 12 and August 2. The rest of the course is asynchronous (on your own).

WHAT: In this virtual 1-credit class, educators will engage with proven standards-aligned Project Learning Tree (PLT) hands-on activities that help middle and high school learners to explore, discover, communicate and build critical thinking skills. Individual participants may choose to focus on PLT Carbon & Climate E-Unit for 6^th-8^th grades, PLT Green Jobs: Exploring Forest Careers, PLT Explore Your Environment K-8 Activity Guide (New!), GreenSchools Investigations or SE Forests & Climate Change. They will leave with plans to use materials from the course with students both indoors and out, whether teaching in the classroom or somewhere else.

CREDIT: 1 optional professional development credit available from choice of BSU or NNU. $60 payable to the university.
